What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or a defect is proven. In such cases, clear photos must be provided within 48 hours of delivery for review.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Each artwork is an original or limited piece, carefully selected and handled with intention. Once sold, a work cannot be resold as new. To protect the integrity of the artists and the gallery, all purchases are final, with exceptions made only in cases of damage or proven defects.

When will I get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4–5 business days, and in some cases up to two weeks. We closely monitor each shipment and ensure you receive all tracking details so you can follow your artwork every step of the way.

Where are the pieces created?

Each piece is created in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, drawing inspiration from its culture, landscape, and energy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of all artworks.
