All sales are considered final.
Due to the nature of original artworks and limited pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been confirmed, except in the case of damage during transit or receipt of an incorrect artwork.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery.
If your piece arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong artwork, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jr.artgallerycafe@hotmail.com, including clear photographs of the packaging and the artwork.
Each case will be reviewed individually. If a claim is approved, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

All artworks are carefully documented, handled, and shipped to ensure their integrity and authenticity.
Shipping & Responsibility
Once an artwork has been shipped, the gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. Shipping, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the collector unless otherwise agreed in writing.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If the artwork is shipped to an address within the European Union, collectors may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the purchase concerns:

In such cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with EU consumer law exemptions.
